Death Penalty

I believe in the death penalty.

Due to the fact that we the people pay for the prosecution and defense for all criminal activities, I believe the appeals process should be reduced. For example, anyone involved in a crime using a gun, should get a life sentence. Anyone involved in a crime using a gun and killing someone should receive the death penalty and limit the appeal process to no more than one appeal.
